Does Evana have a physical store?
No, we are an online store and we have addresses in Cali, national and international shipping.

Are they manufacturers?
Yes, we manufacture each of our garments, and we design them with a lot of love from our city of origin, Cali, Valle del Cauca (Colombia).

How do I know my size?
Garments such as short skirts, skirts, shorts and pants come in national sizing.

Example: Size S would be a size (8), an M would be a size (10), a size L would be a size (12).

Crop tops, blouses or tops (tops, shorter than crops tops) come in one size fits all, which are ideal for sizes XS/S/M/L.

For bodysuits, they are managed by bust size (32/34/36) or by sizes (XS/S/M/L).

IMPORTANT: With each reference, there will be its type of fabric and what sizes or measurements the garment is made for.

With which payment methods can I place my order on the website?
You can pay with credit, debit, PSE or cash card.

If I am in Cali, and I buy through the website, can I pick up my order at the factory?
The orders placed through our website are orders that are automatically destined to be sent by shipping company or by home address, which if you are in the city of Cali, would take 1 to 2 days.

Do you have a wholesale system?
Yes, for wholesale sales, we have our WhatsApp line, where we will give you all the information along with the wholesale sales catalog.
